At Bright Ice, we may be a small business for now, but our commitment to professional commercial ice machine cleaning is anything but small.
Bright Ice was founded and is operated by Conner, the owner, technician, and person behind every ice machine we clean. With a background in food service, hospitality, business development, and client relations, Conner understands that great customer experiences are often created by the details guests never see.
Before starting Bright Ice, Conner spent years working in the restaurant and hospitality industry, gaining hands-on experience everywhere from washing dishes and bartending to managing kitchens and bars. That experience taught him an important lesson: the little things matter. Clean equipment, fresh ingredients, a well-maintained facility—and yes, even the ice in a customer's drink—can make a difference.
Today, Conner provides commercial ice machine deep cleaning, descaling, sanitizing, and detailing services for businesses throughout Houston and the surrounding Southeast region. Whether it's a hotel, restaurant, movie theater, hospital, office building, or other commercial facility, every machine receives the same attention to detail.
