Conner is the owner, technician, and face behind Bright Ice. With a background that spans high-end restaurants, business development, and client relations, he knows a thing or two about what great service looks like—and how it starts behind the scenes.

Before launching Bright Ice, he spent years working in the food and hospitality industry, from dishwashing and bartending to running a kitchen and managing the bar. That hands-on experience left a lasting impression: when guests walk into a business, the little things matter—especially the ice in their drinks.

That’s why every job is personal. Whether it’s a movie theater, hotel bar, or hospital cafeteria, the goal is the same: keep your machines clean, your ice delicious, and your customers coming back for more.
